Our very own Creative Hybrid, Tiffany is the one behind all the action shots on our social media, our nifty Instagram graphics and videos and looks after the marketing and creative aspects of Hybrid.

With an extensive background in design, media and branding, paired with a passion for fitness, Tiffany sought to utilise her extensive creative ability and love for fitness to build a fruitful career.

With a vast history of competition and sports, Tiffany found herself drawn to strength, training and nutrition, where she found her true calling after competing in a bodybuilding competition back in 2018. She has since become an advocate of flexible & sustainable eating and continually pushes her limits and strength under the barbell. Tiffany assists in growing the Hybrid brand through our digital platforms and aspires to release top-tier positive community content for all to see and grow from.

On top of overseeing our Marketing, she is also part of the Personal Training team. Ensuring her clients can create a healthy relationship with food and a sustainable lifestyle. Her favourite part of being a coach is helping clients to be the best versions of themselves in the gym and in life.

On the side, she also owns Thic Cookies Hong Kong where these decadent cookies and banana bread have been featured in Tatler as one of the most indulgent bakeries in Hong Kong.
