Youth MMA-1

Youth Martial Arts
(5-7 years old, 8-12 years old)

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is an effective and fun martial art for kids and teens alike. Each child or teen will wear a traditional Jiu-Jitsu gi and belt and follow a belt grading system as they learn to advance their skills and character.

Muay Thai Kickboxing for kids is an excellent way to learn blocks, punches, kicks along with hand and eye coordination. This program will teach your children the skills of discipline, respect and confidence.

If you're a teenager and looking to get ahead of the curve, Hybrid Youth Strength & Conditioning will support your development as you mature into a young adult. 

Our bespoke Youth Strength & Conditioning Fitness programme follows the long term athletic development pathway (LTAD). Our coaches will help you develop your fundamental movement patterns, improve strength, increase sport-specific skills and prevent injury.

This programme incorporates 60mins workouts that are specifically tailored to youths that want to get the winning edge.
