Musya embarked on her yoga journey in 2016 after looking for ways to cope with her busy and stressful work life and seeking ways to stay fit and healthy. After discovering the remarkable transformations in her life – particularly a stronger connection with her body and being more spiritually and emotionally tuned to the world, she came to the realisation that I wanted to become a practitioner of yoga to help share the benefits of yogic practice with others.
Yoga practice is of real benefit for those who practice strength training or martial arts, it helps to build flexibility in the body which helps prevent injury, and also helps provide clarity of mind and focus that can really make a difference in many other sports and activities.
She specialises in teaching Asthanga, Vinyasa flow, inversion and gentle stretching with classes designed to be balanced but challenging, combined with hands-on assistance and gentle encouragement to leave participants feeling both energised and renewed - she teaches these yoga varieties for the simple reason that she enjoys them!
